Role Overview:

A live-in Teacher / Governess is required to provide full-time childcare and educational support within a private household in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be caring, responsible, and experienced in early childhood education and development. This role combines caregiving with structured learning to foster the child’s growth, confidence, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and high-quality daily care for the child in a safe and nurturing environment.

• Follow a structured routine including meals, hygiene, playtime, and rest.

• Design and conduct educational and creative activities suitable for the child’s age and learning level.

• Support academic and social development through reading, storytelling, crafts, music, and outdoor play.

• Maintain the child’s physical, emotional, and intellectual well-being.

• Prepare nutritious meals and snacks as per the child’s dietary needs.

• Keep the child’s rooms, clothes, and play areas clean and organized.

• Accompany the child to school, extracurricular classes, or family outings when needed.

• Communicate regularly with parents about progress, behavior, and any concerns.

• Respect family privacy, routines, and cultural values at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Teacher, Nanny, or Governess.

• Degree or diploma in Education, Childcare, or Early Childhood Development preferred.

• Certified First Aid and CPR training is an advantage.
