Role Overview:

NOV is seeking a Storeman (ERP, Storage & Packing) to efficiently manage store operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material handling, and compliance with company processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP-based warehouse systems, logistics, and material management.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship parts according to company procedures.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock records in the ERP system.

• Conduct yearly and perpetual inventory checks as per company guidelines.

• Report and evaluate stock discrepancies and take corrective actions.

• Reconcile supplier deliveries and ensure proper documentation.

• Prepare and label sales orders for dispatch in coordination with the stores supervisor.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage area.

• Ensure timely picking and packing to meet project or client deadlines.

• Assist in store management in the absence of the supervisor.

• Enforce company safety and operational procedures at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• High School Certificate or higher.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Storeman.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in material checking, storage, and packing operations.

Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems and logistics operations.

• Familiarity with NOV CAPS products preferred.

• Computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational abilities.
