Tricees Group is seeking a Florist / Wedding Décor Stylist to join their creative team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for individuals passionate about floral arrangements and event styling. The role involves executing stunning floral and event décor installations while maintaining the highest quality and aesthetic standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute floral and event décor installations as per design briefs.

• Style and arrange artificial floral setups with creativity and precision.

• Collaborate with designers and interpret mood boards for on-site execution.

• Manage props, materials, and décor elements during setup and teardown.

• Maintain décor inventory and ensure warehouse organization.

• Assist with pre-event preparations, packing, and logistics.

• Ensure all setups meet high standards of detail and presentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior experience in floral styling, event décor, or production setups.

• Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail.

• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, high-energy work.

• Flexible to work early mornings, late nights, and weekends for events.

• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and proactive mindset.

• Knowledge of artificial and real floral arrangements is preferred.
