Autorun OJC, the exclusive distributor of OMODA and JAECOO in Dubai, is seeking a Service Advisor for their Aftersales team. This full-time, on-site role involves managing service bookings, coordinating repair orders, and ensuring exceptional customer service in line with global automotive brand standards.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and record service requests accurately in the CRM system.

Explain repair and maintenance work in clear, non-technical language.

Prepare and manage repair orders (ROs) with proper labor and warranty coding.

Coordinate with workshop and parts teams to ensure timely completion of jobs.

Keep customers updated on job progress, cost estimates, and delivery timelines.

Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction prior to vehicle delivery.

Support the Service Manager in achieving Aftersales KPIs including CSI, productivity, and revenue.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must-Have:
-
Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Advisor in an authorized automotive dealership.

Strong understanding of vehicle systems, service workflow, and warranty procedures.

Familiarity with Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and CRM platforms.

Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
-
Currently based in the UAE with valid work eligibility.
Preferred:
-
Experience with Chinese or premium automotive brands.
-
Fluency in English; Arabic as mother tongue is a must.
