AkzoNobel is a leading global paints and coatings company, active in over 150 countries, known for brands like Dulux, International, Sikkens, and Interpon. The Customer Service Representative role in Dubai is responsible for managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth across the Middle East and Africa regions. This is a full-time, on-site position offering exposure to a dynamic, international B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day customer service duties and supervise team activities across Middle East & Africa for Powder & ASC Coatings.

Support the Wood Business growth in Oman, ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with Supply, Sales, Demand, and Logistics teams; act as first point of contact for customer issues.

Manage order receipt and processing efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Register and process customer orders via ERP system, email, phone, or other channels.

Resolve delivery, documentation, and invoice-related issues in coordination with supervisors.

Provide solutions to customer needs, including product recommendations or alternatives.

Propose improvements to processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Maintain documentation, filing, and archiving related to customer service activities.

Ensure cooperation between customer service and field teams and adherence to corporate and site policies.
Skills and Qualifications:
-
University graduate or equivalent.
-
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
-
2–3 years of customer service experience; SAP experience is advantageous.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong customer service, negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.

Knowledge of ERP systems and order-to-cash processes in a B2B environment.

Understanding of related functions: sales, supply chain, marketing, and logistics.
