This full-time, on-site role is ideal for professionals experienced in servicing coffee machines and grinders, ensuring optimal performance for cafes, restaurants, and other coffee businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repair and maintenance of coffee machines and grinders, including semi-automatic and automatic models.

• Support clients with equipment installation, setup, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure machines operate at optimal performance for commercial use.

• Conduct regular service visits and respond promptly to technical issues.

• Maintain service records and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in servicing and maintaining coffee machines and grinders.

• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across various coffee equipment models.

• Electrical knowledge is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
