Position: Audio-Visual Manager

Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE (or Tashkent, Uzbekistan)

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and maintain video production and broadcast systems.

• Set up, operate, and monitor audiovisual connections and transmission lines during live broadcasts.

• Troubleshoot and repair AV and broadcast equipment.

• Design and implement custom AV circuits and hardware solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and creative requirements.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.

• Stay updated on the latest AV and broadcast technology trends.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (Russian required for Uzbekistan location).

• Strong grasp of photography principles — aperture, shutter speed, ISO, and lenses.

• Expertise in operating video cameras, production switchers, and chroma keying technology.

• Background in electronic engineering or AV communication systems.

• Proficient with SDI infrastructure and AV signal flow.

• Solid IT skills and project management experience.

• Creative problem-solving ability and excellent attention to detail.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure with precision and composure.

• Good color vision and hearing acuity.
