Role Description:
The Catering Café Supervisor will oversee daily café and catering operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with food safety standards, and exceptional customer service. The supervisor will lead the team, coordinate catering activities, manage inventory, and support menu and cost control initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise day-to-day café and catering operations.

Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance and service objectives.

Coordinate catering activities for events, from planning to execution.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and place orders as needed.

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues professionally.

Support menu planning, cost control, and quality standards.

Prepare staff schedules, track attendance, and conduct performance reviews.

Compile daily sales, expense, and operational reports for management.
Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a café, restaurant, or catering environment.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
