Role Description:
The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role involves end-to-end hiring, optimizing HR processes, maintaining HR documentation, and creating a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruitment processes from job description creation to interviewing and hiring.

Hire top talent across different roles, from interns to managers.

Optimize HR processes including onboarding, performance evaluation, and talent development.

Handle HR documentation, PTO tracking, and visa processes.

Build and implement onboarding and training systems.

Organize team events, birthdays, and work anniversaries.

Stay updated on HR trends and apply relevant practices for the team.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the UAE.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

Strong recruitment skills across multiple departments.

High emotional intelligence and passion for people.

Structured thinking with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring requirements.

Experience managing large candidate databases.
-
Proactive mindset and a passion for professional growth.

Must currently be based in the UAE.
