Role Description:
The Human Resources Assistant will support the HR function across recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role involves end-to-end hiring, optimizing HR processes, maintaining HR documentation, and creating a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes from job description creation to interviewing and hiring.

  • Hire top talent across different roles, from interns to managers.

  • Optimize HR processes including onboarding, performance evaluation, and talent development.

  • Handle HR documentation, PTO tracking, and visa processes.

  • Build and implement onboarding and training systems.

  • Organize team events, birthdays, and work anniversaries.

  • Stay updated on HR trends and apply relevant practices for the team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience within the UAE.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.

  • Strong recruitment skills across multiple departments.

  • High emotional intelligence and passion for people.

  • Structured thinking with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring requirements.

  • Experience managing large candidate databases.

  • Proactive mindset and a passion for professional growth.

  • Must currently be based in the UAE.
