Role Description:
The Pharmacist Contact Center role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests from multiple channels including phone, email, chat, social media, and web. This position ensures accurate, efficient, and professional responses while supporting sales and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer interactions across voice, chat, email, social media, and mobile app platforms.

  • Provide accurate and comprehensive responses to customer inquiries regarding products and services.

  • Offer first-level support for technical and functional queries.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance the customer experience.

  • Identify and maximize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

  • Educate customers about pharmacy products and services.

  • Manage grievances and complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary.

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all customer interactions and records.

  • Stay updated on product, service, and procedural changes.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • University degree in Pharmacy with DHA licence or licence eligibility letter.

  • 0–1 year professional experience in a contact center or related role.

  • Fluent and clear communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Customer-oriented attitude with strong business focus.

  • Effective sales and communication skills.

  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
