PARIS GROUP is seeking a proactive Corporate Counsel – Litigation & Compliance (UAE National) to join their in-house Legal team. The role focuses on UAE law, commercial litigation, compliance, and corporate governance, ensuring legal and reputational protection across business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in courts and before regulatory bodies.

• Lead litigation strategies and assess legal risks.

• Draft and review legal documents including contracts, notices, settlements, and petitions.

• Provide legal advice on commercial transactions and operational matters.

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

• Support corporate governance initiatives and advise on regulatory developments.

• Handle intellectual property, brand protection, and defamation matters.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• UAE National with a Law degree from a recognized institution.

• Minimum 5 years UAE legal experience, preferably in-house or corporate.

• Strong knowledge of UAE law, litigation, compliance, and corporate governance.

• Proficient in Arabic legal drafting; English proficiency is an advantage.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advisory skills.

• Ability to manage diverse legal matters independently and collaboratively.
