NMDC Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee onshore and offshore EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves directing and coordinating site resources to ensure construction meets contractual requirements efficiently and cost-effectively. Projects under this role may have values up to AED 400 million.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and coordinate site resources to ensure compliance with project plans and contractual obligations.

• Manage projects in a cost-effective and efficient manner, ensuring timely delivery.

• Oversee projects of value up to AED 400 million.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry with a proven track record in projects construction management.

• Experience in onshore and offshore EPC projects.

• Strong commercial and financial awareness.

• Excellent written and spoken English, with good report writing skills.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
