Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi is offering a 12-month Administrative Fellowship, a postgraduate management training program for recent master’s graduates passionate about healthcare. Fellows will engage in multiple projects across clinical and non-clinical operations, strategy, business development, international operations, quality, and patient safety, while receiving mentorship from senior healthcare leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and participate in 8–10 simultaneous projects, completing 20–25 projects by year-end.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, clinical and non-clinical operations, strategy, business development, and international operations.

  • Gain hands-on operational exposure across hospital departments such as finance, HR, and operations.

  • Attend and provide staff support for committee meetings, including preparation of minutes and reports.

  • Receive leadership mentoring and participate in executive coaching sessions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior leadership.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Master’s degree in Health Administration, Health Policy, Business Administration, or similar disciplines.

  • Internship or experience in healthcare settings is essential; business internships preferred.

  • Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Competence in synthesizing and interpreting industry and institutional data.
