Cracknell is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join their Dubai office. This hybrid, full-time role involves leading multiple landscape design projects from concept to construction while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary project team. The position offers the opportunity to work on a range of impactful projects under the guidance of senior staff, ensuring sustainable, functional, and aesthetically compelling landscapes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple small to medium-sized landscape design projects through all stages, from concept to construction.

• Organize day-to-day design, production, and documentation activities.

• Coordinate contract administration, ensuring deliverables meet technical and contractual requirements.

• Interact and coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants; prepare reports, presentations, and attend meetings.

• Ensure QA/QC procedures are followed and required approvals are obtained during design development and documentation production.

• Assist in post-tender contract administration, coordinating with contractors and clients’ representatives as needed.

Technical Competencies:

• Lead project architects and designers to create functional, sustainable, and manageable landscapes.

• Manage landscape projects of varying complexity, size, and value.

• Review work performed by other engineers/disciplines.

• Read, write, and interpret technical drawings, specifications, reports, proposals, contracts, and tender documents.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office. Knowledge of SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Rhino is an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University Degree or Postgraduate qualification in Landscape Architecture or Architecture.

• CMLI certification or equivalent is preferred.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in sizeable landscape design projects.

• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
