A leading UAE Agri-Food, Dairy & Juice FMCG brand is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to drive bilingual (Arabic/English) campaigns, digital content, and brand storytelling. The role combines creativity, digital marketing, and project management to deliver high-impact campaigns across ATL, BTL, and social media channels.
Responsibilities:

Develop, adapt, and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including in-store activations and seasonal promotions.

Create compelling bilingual content for social, digital, print, and trade channels.

Manage agency and supplier deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines.

Oversee digital presence across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.

Monitor performance metrics, campaign ROI, and social media KPIs.

Conduct competitor and market research, providing actionable insights and trend analysis.
-
Manage packaging, POS, and trade materials for consistent brand messaging.
-
Support budgeting, tracking, and reconciliation for campaigns and marketing projects.
Skills & Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

3–5 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, brand management, or agency account management.

Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

Hands-on experience with budget tracking, campaign reporting, and ROI analysis.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, eCommerce).

Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent storytelling and content creation skills.
