Marketing Communications Specialist – Dubai

A leading UAE Agri-Food, Dairy & Juice FMCG brand is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to drive bilingual (Arabic/English) campaigns, digital content, and brand storytelling. The role combines creativity, digital marketing, and project management to deliver high-impact campaigns across ATL, BTL, and social media channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, adapt, and execute 360° marketing campaigns, including in-store activations and seasonal promotions.

  • Create compelling bilingual content for social, digital, print, and trade channels.

  • Manage agency and supplier deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and deadlines.

  • Oversee digital presence across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms.

  • Monitor performance metrics, campaign ROI, and social media KPIs.

  • Conduct competitor and market research, providing actionable insights and trend analysis.

  • Manage packaging, POS, and trade materials for consistent brand messaging.

  • Support budgeting, tracking, and reconciliation for campaigns and marketing projects.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

  • 3–5 years’ experience in FMCG marketing, brand management, or agency account management.

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.

  • Hands-on experience with budget tracking, campaign reporting, and ROI analysis.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEO, eCommerce).

  • Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent storytelling and content creation skills.

  • Creative, data-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced, multicultural environments.
