Savills Middle East is looking for a Receptionist (UAE National) for their Sharjah office in Al Marzouqi Towers. The role focuses on delivering exceptional front-desk and administrative support, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors, and assisting with office operations.
Responsibilities:

Provide professional front-of-house service for visitors and telephone enquiries.

Manage incoming correspondence, emails, and mail distribution.

Maintain and book meeting rooms, ensuring tidiness and proper setup.

Coordinate equipment and catering for meetings and office events.
-
Track and maintain office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
-
Support board meetings and other office events with logistics and refreshments.
-
Conduct storeroom checks and ensure proper disposal of old documents.

Produce and edit documents using PowerPoint and Word.

Train and assist other administrative staff covering reception duties.

Support the Head of Office executive assistant during leave periods.

Undertake ad-hoc office projects and tasks as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
-
Must be a UAE National.

Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Minimum 1 year of experience in office administration, receptionist, or customer service role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
-
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
-
Reliable, confident, and presentable demeanor.
