ATT Travels LLC is seeking a skilled Visa Consultant to assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and processing for various types of visas including tourist, business, and work. The role involves liaising with authorities, advising clients, and ensuring a seamless visa experience while maintaining compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on visa types, eligibility, documentation, timelines, and costs.

• Assist clients in preparing and verifying visa application documents.

• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers.

• Update clients on application progress and requirements.

• Resolve application issues, such as delays or missing documents.

• Monitor changes in visa regulations and travel advisories.

• Collaborate with travel and ticketing teams to align visa processing with bookings.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism, International Relations, Law, Hospitality, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in visa consulting or related roles.

• Strong understanding of UAE visa laws and documentation requirements.

• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing regulatory environments.

• Proficiency in visa processing software, booking systems, and MS Office.
