Al Khayyat Investments (AKI) is seeking a meticulous Document Controller to manage, organize, and maintain all project-related documents and records. This role ensures compliance with company and project requirements while supporting project teams through accurate documentation for approvals, revisions, and audits.
Key Responsibilities:

Receive, register, and distribute all incoming and outgoing project documents.

Maintain and update electronic and physical document control systems.

Ensure all documents are properly formatted, version-controlled, and meet project standards.

Track document revisions, approvals, and submissions according to project timelines.

Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors for document submissions and approvals.

Prepare and maintain reports on document status and distribution.

Assist in audits and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive project information.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Document Controller in construction or engineering.

Familiarity with document management software and MS Office applications.

Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
