Bybit, a leading cryptocurrency derivatives exchange with over 70 million users, is seeking a Lead Compensation & Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and manage Total Rewards programs globally. This role ensures competitive compensation, attractive benefits, and improved employee engagement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Strategy: Develop and implement Total Rewards programs aligned with company goals.

  • Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct market analysis, salary benchmarking, and participate in surveys to ensure competitiveness.

  • Program Delivery: Lead annual salary review processes, administer benefits and incentive programs, and manage compensation offers for new hires and internal moves.

  • Analytics & Insights: Provide data-driven reporting and evaluate compensation program effectiveness.

  • Employee Engagement: Research employee satisfaction with Total Rewards programs and implement improvements to enhance motivation and experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in global Total Rewards management.

  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs.

  • Fluency in English and Chinese (bilingual communication required).

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and compensation regulations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with senior leadership.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
