First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE’s largest bank and one of the world’s safest financial institutions, is hiring a Support Officer (Emiratized Role) on a part-time basis in Dubai. The role focuses on providing excellent client servicing for commercial banking customers while supporting daily operations, ensuring compliance, and assisting in continuous process improvements.
Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional client servicing and follow up on customer transactions.

Serve as the main operational point of contact for key client relationships.

Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.

Adhere to departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency.

Assist with preparing timely reports and statements to meet departmental requirements.

Collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers (RM/Sr RM) as a team player.
Qualifications & Skills:

1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferred).
