Role Overview:
Almosafer is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join the Data Intelligence team, embedded within the Marketing & CRM function. This role will power acquisition and retention strategies, optimize marketing spend, maximize customer lifetime value, and ensure data governance standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary data partner for digital marketing channels (paid/organic).

Build and maintain attribution models to assess channel performance.

Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies for campaigns.

Analyze customer behavior, booking patterns, churn risk, and loyalty engagement.

Create and implement retention and churn prediction models.
-
Measure and optimize CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS).
-
Design A/B testing frameworks for lifecycle marketing.

Deploy machine learning and rule-based models for personalization and optimization.
-
Build dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc., for KPI tracking (CAC, ROAS, CLV, retention).

Translate data into actionable insights for marketing and CRM teams.

Act as a liaison between Marketing/CRM and central Data Intelligence functions.

Promote data literacy and share best practices across teams.
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in STEM, Business Analytics, or related field.

5+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce, online travel, or digital-first companies.

Strong expertise in SQL, Python/R, and advanced Excel.

Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, GA, Facebook Ads, DV360) and CRM analytics.

Skilled in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker.

Solid knowledge of customer lifecycle metrics (CAC, CLV, churn, retention).

Experience with ML models for acquisition/retention.

Familiarity with marketing automation tools (MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).

Knowledge of big data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluency in English; Arabic preferred.
