Emirates is hiring Cabin Services Assistants to join its world-class team in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining and personalizing the A380 Shower Spas and ensuring cleanliness across designated aircraft areas, including First, Business, and Economy Class cabins. This position does not overlap with normal cabin crew service duties but plays a key role in creating an exceptional travel experience for passengers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure hygienic cleaning and personalization of the A380 Shower Spas.

• Maintain cleanliness of lavatories in First, Business, and Economy Class.

• Oversee the upkeep of First and Business Class lounges and general cabin areas.

• Deliver service excellence in line with Emirates’ premium brand standards.

• Support the Purser or Senior Flight Steward (SFS) in maintaining quality onboard service.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years of schooling or equivalent.

• At least 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel, airline, or world-class service provider.

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality is an added advantage.

• Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

• 1+ year of experience in in-flight service or administration preferred.
