Emirates Group is seeking a skilled Dozer Operator to join its operations team in Dubai. This is a full-time on-site role that involves operating heavy machinery for excavation, trenching, and related construction activities. The role requires ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation, maintaining machinery, and performing minor repairs to support long-term performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bulldozers and other heavy equipment for excavation, trenching, and land clearing.

• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.

• Perform minor mechanical repairs and adjustments when required.

• Adhere to safety protocols and operational guidelines to prevent accidents.

• Work independently and collaborate with team members for smooth project execution.

• Report equipment issues or malfunctions promptly to supervisors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong skills in heavy equipment operation and dozer handling.

• Experience in excavation, trenching, and related site activities.

• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.

• Attention to detail with a commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Valid operator’s license and certification required.

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
