Al Fattan Properties is seeking a Watchman to ensure the safety and security of its designated sites in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for monitoring premises, controlling access, and responding to emergencies, maintaining high standards of vigilance and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct security and safety patrols, ensuring only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.

• Report all safety/security observations and suspicious activities to supervisors.

• Maintain accurate logs and records of incidents and activities.

• Protect physical assets and property from damage or unauthorized access.

• Handle emergency situations in accordance with site SOPs and fire prevention procedures.

• Control access and traffic, search vehicles and personnel as required.

• Assist management with investigations and adhere to site-specific duties.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in security.

• Fluency in English and one additional language (Hindi or Urdu preferred).

• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Professional demeanor, alertness, and organizational ability.

• SIRA license (preferred or previously held).
