Flora Food Group, a global leader in butters, spreads, creams, liquids, and cheeses, is seeking a Brand Manager for Food Service across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). This role will drive marketing strategies, operator engagement, and brand growth both digitally and on-ground.
Responsibilities:

Lead innovation and renovation plans across MENA markets.

Develop and execute digital campaigns and physical activations.

Organize operator-facing events such as roadshows, exhibitions, chef demos, and trainings.

Collaborate with Sales, Chef teams, and distributors to optimize operator conversion and retention.

Manage marketing operations including budgeting, performance tracking, and reporting.

Contribute to CRM strategy and digital ecosystem development to enhance operator engagement.

Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform brand strategy and activation plans.
Skills / Requirements:
-
Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in Food Service or trade marketing, ideally in a regional role.

Proven ability to independently manage end-to-end marketing projects.

Strong digital marketing skills, familiarity with CRM tools, and campaign execution experience.

Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
-
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
