Tabreed is seeking a Senior Consultant Digital Transformation to lead initiatives that enhance business processes, integrate advanced technologies, and support enterprise-wide digital innovation. This full-time on-site role involves liaising between delivery teams and stakeholders, driving automated business process improvements, and leveraging AI and other technologies to optimize operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the digital transformation strategy across the company and its entities.

• Oversee product/solution delivery and liaise with end-user stakeholders to resolve business process issues.

• Drive automated business process management and cross-functional improvement initiatives.

• Integrate AI and digital capabilities to enhance systems, processes, and customer experiences.

• Provide innovative, cost-effective solutions for business process improvements.

• Supervise analysis of existing products and solutions, evaluating their effectiveness and ROI.

• Manage budgets related to digital transformation projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Transformation or related roles.
