Worley, a global professional services company in energy, chemicals, and resources, is seeking a Test Pack Coordinator to join their Abu Dhabi team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth coordination between EPC contractors and the company, supervising construction, and managing documentation for mechanical completion and project handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate interfaces between EPC contractors and company operations for seamless construction execution.

• Monitor construction progress and proactively identify bottlenecks, recommending corrective actions.

• Review construction plans, procedures, tie-in packages, and resource allocation.

• Supervise inspection of work to ensure compliance with approved procedures, specifications, and safety standards.

• Review Mechanical Completion Dossiers, pre-commissioning manuals, and participate in site acceptance tests.

• Support “Right First Time” start-up concepts and clearance of punch lists.

• Participate in HSE and quality audits, constructability sessions, and SIMOPS assessments.

• Maintain documentation, including reports, approvals, and project handover files.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant discipline from a reputable university.

• Hands-on experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemical plants.

• Strong knowledge of EPC contract requirements, HSEQ plans, and construction supervision.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to monitor multiple tasks, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts on site.
