JWD Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm in Dubai, is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive outbound sales efforts and generate high-quality leads. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for a confident and energetic professional skilled in cold calling and client engagement. The specialist will act as the first point of contact for potential clients, sparking interest, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and renters daily.

Qualify and screen leads to ensure high quality and intent.

Log all interactions and update the CRM with accurate lead information.

Schedule appointments and follow-ups for real estate agents.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align strategies and messaging.

Meet and exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic are a plus.

Energetic and fearless approach to cold calling.

Basic knowledge of real estate preferred but not required.

Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset.

Must be based in Dubai and legally eligible to work.
