Fever, the world’s leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Freelance Event Coordinator to manage its iconic Candlelight Concerts in Abu Dhabi. Fever’s mission is to democratize access to culture and entertainment by combining data, technology, and unforgettable live experiences. Partnering with major global names such as Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, Fever has delivered award-winning experiences in 40+ countries.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end event operations, ensuring seamless execution of Candlelight concerts, and creating memorable guest experiences. The position mainly involves weekend work and requires strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site concert coordination from pre-production through live execution.

• Supervise event teams (up to 15 people) and external service providers (up to 10 companies).

• Handle institutional relations with local authorities, companies, and associations.

• Ensure smooth audience experiences and resolve any issues quickly.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Proven experience in logistics and team management.

• Knowledge of the live performance or events sector.

• Strong ability to manage stress and handle contingencies.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
