Role Overview:
The Aircraft Interior Painter / Prepper will prepare, paint, and finish aircraft interiors to the highest quality and safety standards. Reporting to the Paint Workshop Manager, you will ensure interiors meet customer expectations and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials, parts, tools, equipment, and documentation at the start of each shift.

• Perform paint preparation, masking, primer, basecoat, and topcoat application.

• Measure paint thickness, perform adhesion checks, and record results.

• Maintain a clean, FOD-free workspace in compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations.

• Follow engineering drawings, technical notices, and work instruction sheets.

• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and effectiveness.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in safe and serviceable condition.

• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Strong background in auto body repair, painting, or similar training.

• Experience with fiberglass and composite finishing techniques.

• Minimum 2 years of aircraft painting and finishing experience.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken).
