Oakleigh James is a specialist recruitment agency dedicated to the Dubai real estate market, working with top developers, brokerages, property management firms, and investment companies. We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage retained accounts, develop client partnerships, and deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions. This is a commission-only role (50% split), offering substantial earning potential for experienced professionals in real estate or recruitment.


Salary Package

  • AED 25,000 – AED 45,000 (based on performance and commission structure)


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow retained client partnerships with top real estate companies.

  • Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies tailored to client needs.

  • Build and maintain C-level relationships across Dubai’s real estate industry.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through retained searches.

  • Provide strategic consulting on organizational design and talent management.

  • Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining for high-demand roles.

  • Negotiate and secure new retained search agreements with prospective clients.

  • Deliver regular market intelligence and industry insights to clients.


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate, sales, or recruitment with a record of high achievement.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Background in high-volume sales and client relationship management.

  • Proven success in consultative selling and managing high-value accounts.

  • Valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID.

  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking, and business consulting skills.

  • Advanced sales and negotiation skills with C-level executives.
