We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage retained accounts, develop client partnerships, and deliver strategic talent acquisition solutions. This is a commission-only role (50% split), offering substantial earning potential for experienced professionals in real estate or recruitment.
Salary Package

AED 25,000 – AED 45,000 (based on performance and commission structure)
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow retained client partnerships with top real estate companies.

Develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies tailored to client needs.

Build and maintain C-level relationships across Dubai’s real estate industry.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through retained searches.

Provide strategic consulting on organizational design and talent management.

Conduct market mapping and talent pipelining for high-demand roles.

Negotiate and secure new retained search agreements with prospective clients.

Deliver regular market intelligence and industry insights to clients.
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience in real estate, sales, or recruitment with a record of high achievement.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Background in high-volume sales and client relationship management.

Proven success in consultative selling and managing high-value accounts.

Valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID.

Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Exceptional relationship-building, strategic thinking, and business consulting skills.

Advanced sales and negotiation skills with C-level executives.
