About the Role
The Workplace FM Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team to provide a high-quality workplace experience. This role requires a proactive, energetic, and customer-focused professional who can ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective stakeholder support, and a welcoming environment. Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities

Provide mailroom support for incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.

Manage storage locations, ensuring organization and accessibility.

Support the Client’s Security Team by managing the lost and found desk.
-
Oversee on-loan items distribution and collection for employees.
-
Handle gifting management and accurate tracking of collections/deliveries.
-
Manage warehousing, inspection, registration, and delivery tracking.
-
Distribute stock to meeting rooms, kitchens, and common areas as per requirements.

Ensure all office supplies and copy points are adequately stocked.

Act as the main contact for in-office queries and ticketing support.

Assist the Client’s Administration Team with daily activities, onboarding/offboarding, events, and employee support.

Manage parking, locker systems, and traveler in-office experience.

Conduct daily floor walks, report issues, and implement solutions.
-
Prepare monthly reports and maintain compliance with documentation standards.

Manage vendor relations, service quality, and procurement activities.
-
Ensure meeting rooms are prepared according to bookings and workplace areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Collaborate with IT, Admin, and cleaning teams to deliver a seamless workplace experience.

Represent CBRE values and act as the Face of CBRE at TikTok offices.
Qualifications & Skills

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory).

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Previous experience in facilities management, workplace coordination, or administration is highly desirable.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and workplace management systems.

Customer service-oriented with attention to detail.
