Job Summary:
Rosewood Abu Dhabi is looking for a Room Attendant to join their housekeeping team. This full-time position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, while ensuring guest comfort, privacy, and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms according to assigned priority and hotel standards (LQA and Brand).

• Use appropriate cleaning chemicals as per OSHA and hotel safety regulations.

• Restock amenities, change linens, clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and maintain overall room hygiene.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor promptly.

• Ensure correct placement of guest amenities, robes, towels, and room setup.

• Maintain security and confidentiality of guest information and belongings.

• Handle lost and found items as per hotel procedures.

• Respond to guest complaints or requests professionally and promptly.

• Follow safety protocols, hotel policies, and six-step guest complaint handling process.

• Update room status on assignment sheets and return cleaning supplies after shift.

Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in housekeeping or cleaning hotel guest rooms.

• High school diploma.

• Knowledge of safe chemical handling and use of housekeeping equipment.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.

• Fluent in English; other language skills are a plus.

• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift, bend, and be on feet for extended periods.

Preferred:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment.

• Familiarity with hospitality cleanliness standards and guest service protocols.
