Amazon is hiring a Delivery Station Liaison (DSL) for its logistics operations in Dubai, exclusively for UAE Nationals. This customer-facing role is based at one of Amazon’s last-mile delivery stations, providing in-station, real-time support to ensure customers receive packages on time. The DSL acts as the key point of contact between customers and logistics teams, resolving delivery issues and improving the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate directly with customers via telephone

Resolve failed or potential failed deliveries in real-time

Build trust by empathizing and reassuring customers
-
Deep dive to identify delivery barriers and remove them
-
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all cases

Collaborate with internal workgroups and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)
-
Communicate with senior leadership to highlight delivery obstacles
-
Use multiple tech platforms confidently under pressure
-
Work full-time (40+ hours/week) in a dynamic logistics environment

Operate in a station environment with varying noise levels (hearing protection provided)
Requirements:

UAE National with family book
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and web-based tools

Upper-intermediate English fluency (written and spoken)

Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and independently
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in customer service, logistics, retail, or hospitality

Prior stakeholder management or relationship-building experience
