This full-time, on-site role is ideal for candidates with a background in construction or civil engineering who have a keen eye for identifying property defects and ensuring quality standards before property handover. The role involves thorough inspections, reporting, and coordination with clients and developers to ensure properties meet UAE building standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct snagging inspections on residential and commercial properties.

• Identify construction issues, poor finishes, leaks, MEP problems, and other defects.

• Document findings with detailed reports, technical notes, and photos.

• Communicate inspection results to clients and developers.

• Advise clients on necessary rectifications and follow-up inspections.

• Ensure inspections meet UAE building regulations and quality standards.

• Use modern tools and apps for inspections and report generation.

• Stay current with Dubai’s real estate trends and snagging best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in property snagging, construction, or civil engineering.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and interior finishes.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical mindset.

• Proficient in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate standards and developer expectations.

• Skilled in using snagging tools and apps.

• Own car and valid UAE driving license preferred.
