About the Platform:
This role will support PARA, a digital twin platform under Sidara Collaborative. PARA focuses on data visualization and operational efficiency for building owners and tenants—enabling smart, sustainable, and resilient infrastructure management. Explore PARA at paratwin.io.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision and roadmap based on in-depth market research and industry trends

• Engage with potential users to understand their needs and convert them into actionable product features

• Plan, release, and iterate on updates and enhancements to drive continuous product evolution

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog according to business needs and changing priorities

• Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation and discovery through design, development, and deployment

• Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), sketches, and user stories

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create effective wireframes

• Document all features and functionalities developed for ongoing product knowledge

• Participate in Scrum meetings, sprints, and stakeholder updates

• Review and test dashboards and digital twin functionalities to ensure alignment with design specs

• Maintain close liaison with technical and business teams throughout the product lifecycle

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in digital platforms or SaaS

• Strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) disciplines

• Experience working on smart buildings, digital twins, or data visualization tools is a plus

• Proven ability to create clear product strategies and roadmaps

• Proficient in writing PRDs, user stories, and using Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills

• Experience with UI/UX collaboration and agile product environments
