A confidential DIFC-based company is hiring a full-time Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations. This includes preparing consolidated financial statements, reconciling accounts, managing payables and receivables, assisting with tax filings, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with multi-entity, multi-currency financial reporting and be proficient in IFRS and financial software such as QuickBooks and Xero.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely consolidated financial statements.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.

• Handle external audits and ensure readiness of audit materials.

• Assist in UAE VAT and Corporate Tax filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date financial records.

• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and external audit standards.

• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting.

• Proficient in QuickBooks, Xero, and Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• CPA, ACCA, or similar professional certification is a plus.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

• Preference for candidates who are immediately available.
