Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and leasing inquiries across primary, secondary, and off-plan property markets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Guide clients through the full real estate process — from initial inquiry to closing.

• Maintain an updated database of listings and client information.

• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets with a results-driven approach.

• Provide clients with detailed market insights and investment opportunities.

• Collaborate with the marketing and admin team for listings and property promotions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate sales or leasing (off-plan experience is preferred).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
