Revolut, a global financial technology company, is hiring an Operational Risk Manager to strengthen its risk management framework in the UAE. This full-time remote position offers the opportunity to work at the heart of Revolut’s growth, shaping risk strategies and ensuring operational stability across products and regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize operational risk frameworks and processes for Revolut UAE.

• Identify and assess various types of operational risks.

• Advise teams on implementing effective risk controls.

• Develop and maintain operational risk policies and procedures.

• Define key indicators and formulate risk appetite statements.

• Quantify operational risks and conduct stress testing and resilience analysis.

• Manage incident reporting processes and ensure accurate event logging.

• Monitor risk thresholds and produce reports for management and stakeholders.

• Maintain and improve risk tools, systems, and data accuracy.

• Lead presentations and workshops focused on risk mitigation strategies.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management in banking or financial services.

• Strong understanding of operational risk concepts and control frameworks.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to simplify complex issues into actionable insights.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with operational risk stress testing and quantification.

• Familiarity with CBUAE financial regulations and risk policies.

• Background in working with global or multinational organizations.
