KBR, Inc. is hiring an Escort with Secret Clearance to support the AFCAP V Security Program at Al Dhafra Air Base (ADAB), UAE. The role involves monitoring un-cleared Local/Other Country Nationals (LN/OCNs) to ensure safety and compliance with base security policies. This full-time, on-site position supports U.S. Air Force operations in the region. U.S. citizenship, a Secret clearance, and passport eligibility are required.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Escort un-cleared LN/OCN personnel into work areas and monitor activities

• Maintain accurate logs of personnel and vehicle entries and exits

• Ensure prohibited items are not brought onto the base

• Communicate clearly and professionally to de-escalate issues

• Ensure compliance with base escorting and safety protocols

• Assist with maintaining site security and personnel accountability

✅ Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. Citizen

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Valid U.S. Passport with minimum 1-year validity

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain it)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Ability to meet deployment medical and dental criteria

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to travel for deployment within 2–3 weeks of offer

Preferred:

• Prior military experience

• 2+ years leading a team of 10 or more personnel

• 2+ years of overseas work experience
