BIG Education is seeking a full-time Faculty member in Hospitality & Tourism to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah. This role involves delivering top-quality instruction, developing curriculum, mentoring students, and contributing to academic research and institutional development. The ideal candidate will have strong teaching experience, a background in the hospitality or tourism industry, and a commitment to academic excellence and multicultural learning.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate or postgraduate courses in Hospitality & Tourism

• Design, update, and implement course curriculum and materials

• Assess student performance and provide academic support

• Mentor students on academic, career, and research matters

• Participate in academic research and publish in relevant fields

• Engage with industry professionals to align teaching with current trends

• Support departmental activities and collaborative projects

✅ Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related discipline (Doctorate preferred)

• Prior teaching experience in Hospitality & Tourism or related programs

• Strong foundation in instructional design and curriculum development

• Industry experience in hospitality or tourism is highly desirable

Skills:

• Effective communication and classroom management skills

• Ability to mentor students and guide research activities

• Familiarity with educational software and teaching technologies

• Passion for international education and cross-cultural engagement
