As a Commis I, you will assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality culinary offerings while maintaining hygiene and health standards. This role supports culinary leadership and is ideal for individuals with strong teamwork and kitchen skills looking to grow in a five-star hospitality environment.

🔹 Responsibilities:

• Attend daily shift briefings and contribute to team discussions

• Maintain a professional, disciplined, and fun working environment

• Promote Fairmont’s mission, vision, and values through actions

• Support and motivate fellow culinary colleagues

• Ensure accurate storeroom requisitions and minimize repeated trips

• Perform duties to expected quality and hygiene standards

• Maintain product freshness, cleanliness, and proper food rotation

• Communicate with supervisors to ensure consistency and efficiency

• Maintain grooming standards and complete temperature control sheets

• Actively seek personal development through internal courses

• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members

• Execute additional responsibilities as required by department heads
