With backing from an international brand and capital support, this is a unique opportunity for experienced financial professionals to found and lead their own advisory venture in the UAE.

Job Role:
This is not a typical job — it is a founder-backed opportunity to launch a high-end corporate finance firm focused on M&A advisory, equity fundraising, and strategic financial consulting across the UAE and broader MENA region. The selected candidate will receive funding, strategic support, and international brand leverage to build the firm from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the setup and growth of an independent corporate finance advisory firm

• Offer advisory services in M&A (buy-side and sell-side), equity fundraising, debt structuring, and strategic planning

• Work closely with founders, investors, and family offices in the UAE and MENA

• Build and manage a team of financial professionals as the firm scales

• Deliver high-trust advisory services, from origination through transaction close

• Engage in branding, go-to-market strategy, and positioning within the finance ecosystem

• Establish a trusted presence in the regional corporate finance market

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build a new firm from scratch
