Role Summary:

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in scaling our high-performing teams and attracting world-class talent across all business units. The ideal candidate will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, acting as both a brand ambassador and a cultural champion for Wolfi’s. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure every candidate experience reflects our strong culture and commitment to excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer and onboarding.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and General Managers to forecast hiring needs and understand workforce plans.

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract niche and high-demand talent.

  • Conduct structured interviews and assessments, ensuring alignment with company culture.

  • Maintain and update the ATS (e.g., White Carrot) for accurate data and reporting.

  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future positions.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance employer branding both locally and internationally.

  • Monitor market trends and contribute to workforce planning insights.

  • Deliver training sessions to hiring managers to enhance recruitment best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment in fast-paced, multi-entity environments.

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities through job boards, social platforms, and networking.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Familiarity with ATS systems like White Carrot and Bayzat (a plus).

  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring practices.

  • A strong passion for fitness, ideally with a background or interest in cycling or active lifestyle.

  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across Emirates to visit business units.
