Hilton, one of the world’s leading hospitality companies, is seeking a Part-Time Telephone Operator to join the prestigious Conrad Dubai team. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and high-quality communication experience for guests and internal departments. As a Telephone Operator, you will act as the first point of contact for guest queries, internal communication, wake-up calls, and emergency assistance.
You’ll be required to use your knowledge of hotel services and the surrounding area to assist guests effectively, deliver outstanding customer service, and support hotel operations by ensuring prompt message and call handling.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle guest calls and internal communications promptly and professionally

Deliver messages accurately to both guests and management

Schedule and ensure wake-up calls are made on time

Use upselling techniques when appropriate to promote hotel services

Respond quickly and effectively to emergency calls

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel facilities and local attractions
-
Follow health and safety procedures, fire regulations, and hotel security protocols

Support other departments as needed
Skills & Qualifications Required:
-
Positive attitude and clear communication skills (especially over the phone)

Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service

Ability to work independently and within a team

IT proficiency and ability to use communication systems efficiently

Previous experience in a customer service role preferred

Knowledge of hotel operations or previous experience in hospitality is a plus
