Panel One Productions is looking for a creative and skilled Manhwa Artist to join our team in a full-time remote role. This is an exciting opportunity for an illustrator passionate about visual storytelling to bring characters and narratives to life through the distinctive style of Manhwa (Korean comics).

The ideal candidate will have experience in comic-style illustration, strong storytelling ability through visuals, and be comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment. You’ll be involved in sketching, inking, coloring, and developing storyboards, working closely with writers and editors to ensure compelling and engaging content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality illustrations in a Manhwa/comic art style.

• Develop detailed storyboards to translate written scripts into visual panels.

• Execute tasks including sketching, inking, and digital coloring.

• Collaborate with writers and editorial teams to align visuals with narrative.

• Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while meeting deadlines.

• Maintain consistent quality and visual standards throughout the project.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in sketching, inking, and digital coloring.

• Experience in storyboarding and developing visual concepts.

• Proficiency with industry-standard graphic software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Clip Studio Paint, etc.).

• Strong creative vision and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote setup.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• A portfolio showcasing work in comics, Manhwa, or related visual storytelling is required.

• Educational background in Fine Arts, Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.
