As we scale rapidly, we are looking for a Compliance Manager to ensure our growth is grounded in strong regulatory integrity and aligned with regional and global financial regulations.

This is not your typical compliance position — it’s a strategic opportunity to build regulatory frameworks from the ground up while collaborating closely with product, tech, legal, and leadership teams. The role is based in Dubai with a hybrid work model and falls under the Legal & Risk department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure firm-wide compliance with DFSA, ADGM, and SCA regulatory frameworks.

• Develop and implement internal controls, oversee audits, and manage all licensing and documentation.

• Partner with tech and product teams to integrate compliance-by-design into the platform.

• Translate complex financial regulations into actionable operational policies.

• Maintain active communication with regulators, legal advisors, and auditors.

• Monitor and anticipate regional and global trends in financial regulation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of experience in fintech, asset/wealth management, or banking sectors.

• In-depth knowledge of UAE financial regulatory environments, especially DFSA, ADGM, and SCA.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to apply a compliance lens to innovation.

• Clear communicator across legal, technical, and executive teams.

• Ability to develop policy and compliance infrastructure in a fast-paced, growing organization.
