📍 Location: Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai | 🏢 Company: KOMAC MENA FZE | 🕘 Employment: Full Time | 1-year renewable contract

KOMAC MENA FZE, a leading importer and exporter of construction heavy equipment and general products, is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join its Dubai office. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding the company’s market presence across MENA, managing trade operations, and supporting strategic sales initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients across MENA.

  • Lead marketing and sales support activities to achieve business targets.

  • Draft and manage contracts, trade documentation, and compliance paperwork.

  • Coordinate logistics, including export-import operations and inventory tracking.

  • Develop B2B and B2C sales channels and identify growth opportunities.

  • Drive digital marketing efforts through internet and social media (SNS).

  • Support daily office operations and back-office functions.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in trade operations (export/import).

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in selling construction heavy equipment.

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong documentation and administrative skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel freely within MENA countries.


Working Conditions & Benefits:

  • Salary: Based on skills and experience.

  • Contract: 1-year renewable.

  • Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00.

  • Annual leave, severance pay, and insurance as per UAE labor law.

  • Visa sponsorship and one annual round-trip ticket to home country.
