Sunshine Enterprise Consulting DMCC is hiring a passionate and experienced Kindergarten (KG) Class Teacher for a full-time, on-site role based in Al Barsha, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing the developmental needs of young children aged 3 to 6 through engaging, play-based learning strategies within a structured early childhood education environment.

The Kindergarten Teacher plays a vital role in building a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere that supports children’s cognitive, emotional, social, and physical growth. The role also involves collaboration with parents, school staff, and leadership to ensure each child thrives academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans that foster early literacy, numeracy, creativity, and motor skill development.

• Apply play-based and activity-driven teaching strategies tailored to early learners.

• Cultivate a warm, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment to build children’s confidence and independence.

• Track and document individual student progress and key developmental milestones.

• Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding student behavior, progress, and activities.

• Ensure classroom organization, hygiene, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Guide children in developing age-appropriate social and emotional behaviors.

• Collaborate with fellow educators on lesson planning, assessments, and curriculum development.

• Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education or Early Childhood Education).

• Valid teaching certification or diploma in early years education.

• 2–3 years of teaching experience in early childhood or kindergarten settings preferred.

• Experience working in a CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) or Indian curriculum school in Dubai is highly desirable.
