Knauf GCC, a leading global manufacturer of construction materials, is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join their Ras Al Khaimah production team. This full-time, on-site role involves operating and maintaining machinery in the plasterboard production process, ensuring high-quality and efficient output. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate attention to detail, and actively contribute to team success.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production machinery for plasterboard manufacturing

• Set up machines and monitor performance to maintain quality and accuracy

• Adjust machine settings as needed to optimize production efficiency

• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks

• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Perform occasional heavy lifting as required

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience as a Machine Operator

• Knowledge of crane operation (beneficial for plasterboard preparing station)

• Minimum Higher Secondary Education / ITI / Diploma

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficient in written and verbal communication

• Good math skills and basic computer proficiency (MS Office)

• Ability to work flexible shifts

• Physically capable of occasional heavy lifting
